Why

Many time we may ask WHY, why did this happen, why did I not get the job, why did I not receive the promotion, why did he have to die, it is a question that many time rings in our heads. It is a question which many time we do not have the answer. We seek others for answers and many times they will come up with some half felt answer, yet we walk away with the same question why.

I have heard many ministers try and give a theological answer from Gods word which may or may not apply to our question and they will walk away thinking what a great job they have done and all they have done is added weight to the problem.

Why is a ligament question for us to ask? It is a question that will cause us many hours of unrest; we will sit and contemplate answer after answer of how we could have changed the outcome, when in reality there was nothing we could have done to change the situation. Yet we ask why? It may be days, weeks, months, or even years before we half way understand the why. Yet rest assured of one though while we are asking why our heavenly Father is always close by, we may not receive a clear decisive answer, yet he is always present with us. When all we would like to hear, is an answer to the question why, all we receive is comfort from our Father from above which says for know you just have to trust me. God may say there just is no answer for why, or I cannot give you an answer for why now. Yet I am still here, it is OK for you to ask God why. We may become frustrated when God remains silent. I understand it is hard for us to feel so alone and hurt with such pain with the question of why bearing heavy on our soul, yet God is still there and will not leave us comfortless. Though we may not understand the why for now, one day the pain begins to ease, the sorrow will begin to subside and we begin to understand the answer we kept hearing all alone and could not or would not except was there all the time. Because
