Thor calls for lightning on the set of Joss Whedon's 'Avengers: Age of Ultron'

According to Cinema Blend on Sunday, some footage was caught on the set of Joss Whedon's "Avengers 2" movie. Apparently there appeared to be two pieces of activity going on at one time. One scene captured what looked to be Robert Downey, Jr., Chris Evans, and Chris Hemsworth in all their corresponding roles and costumes. Downey, Jr. was in his civilian clothes, while Captain America and Thor were wearing their traditional costume pieces. Thor is then seen raising his hammer as lights flicker around him.

Also, there looks to be a good amount of jogging recruits on what appears to what could be Tony Stark's Stark Tower rooftop or some part of the said building. This could be the newly renovated tower as the Stark building plans were seen being drawn up by Stark at the end of "The Avengers" and what could be deemed some kind of headquarters.

But at this point it remains to be seen and one can only speculate from the footage. Thoughts may go along the lines as some kind of elaborate training facility. Some can only guess and it has been already speculated that "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.'s" Clark Gregg may make an appearance in "Avengers: Age of Ultron", but Gregg even said himself he will likely not bee in "Avengers 2." So there goes that theory.

However, Nick Fury made Agent Phil Coulson the new director in the ABC TV series and this scene being shot could be in tribute of the rebuilding of S.H.I.E.L.D. since the Hydra crisis and now that Tony Stark has taken over protecting Earth through private means, it may stand to reason that he, along with Steve Rogers may be working together to reassemble the global enforcement organization. That being said, even Gregg said that "it's all connected."

There had already been another leaked photo of B.J. Britt taking a gander at Steve Roger's motorcyle. He plays Antoine Triplett in "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." so it wouldn't be so surprising to see Gregg in the Joss Whedon film as well.

"Avengers: Age of Ultron" is scheduled to be released come
