Thomas Ravenel and Kathryn Dennis, who star in the newest Bravo reality television show “Southern Charm," have become parents to a beautiful baby girl. This is the first child for both Thomas Ravenel, 51, and Kathryn Dennis, 22. According to Ravenel, his new baby girl smiles a lot and has her mother Kathryn’s coloring.
On Tuesday, April 15 Bravo, through its online blog “The Dish”, was the first to break the news of the birth of Thomas Ravenel and Kathryn Dennis's first child, Kensington Calhoun Ravenel, who was born on March 24. During the filming of “Southern Charm” the couple experienced a pregnancy scare. Though not pregnant at the time, Ravenel revealed that he and Kathryn are very much in love and wanted to start a family. After filming wrapped last summer they did just that.
Kathryn Dennis's family has already been to the couple’s home in West Palm Beach, Fla. to meet the newest member of the family. The Ravenel family will meet Kensington Calhoun Ravenel today, Tuesday, April 15.Thomas Ravanel revealed that Kathryn is somewhat sleep deprived at the moment and that Kensington is starting to make her needs known. Ravenel assured fans that Kensington is healthy and happy and that he and Kathryn feel blessed to have her and each other.
According to an April 15 article in the South Carolina newspaper "The State," Thomas Ravenel and Kathryn Dennis do not have any immediate plans to get married. "Southern Charm" fans will need to stay tuned in order to find out what the future holds for Thomas and Kathryn.
Fans were left hanging after the Monday, April 14 episode when Thomas’s friend Whitney Sudler-Smith revealed that, in addition to co-star Shep Rose, he too slept with Kathryn Dennis. The season finale of “Southern Charm” airs on Monday, April 21 at 10 p.m. on Bravo.
