Thomas Gibson who is know for his roles in “Criminal Minds” and “Dharma and Greg” was arrested early this morning. Gibson was arrested for suspicion of DUI according to TMZ on Jan. 6.
Gibson was apparently driving through downtown Los Angeles around 1:00 a.m. this morning when he attempted to drive though a part of the town that had been sectioned off for a half marathon. Gibson was asked to stop but continued anyway.
Gibson was stopped by police. The police detected an odor of alcohol and was asked for a breathalyzer test. Gibson refused the test. The police arrested him right away and according to law enforcement was taken into custody at 1:37 a.m. for suspicion of misdemeanor DUI.
Thomas Gibson had a bail set at $15,000. As of the posting of TMZ at 4:25 a.m. on Jan. 6, Gibson was still in custody and had not yet made bail.
