Beginning at 11 a.m. and ending at 3 p.m., Vinh Nguyen of the Vietnamese American Community in Iowa writes that “… admission is free.”

Nguyen goes onto say that the event will include “a lot of traditional ceremonies and performances.” According to the website, the following will be included: “the traditional homage ritual ceremony, dragon dance, cultural performances, longevity wishes to elders, lucky money blessing for children, traditional costume show and music along with many popular games and activities in the Vietnamese culture.” Chances are very high that visitors will also encounter vendors and speakers.
