The most hotly anticipated gathering of the Northern California craft beer community, SF Beer Week kicks off this weekend with Urban Picnic, which will be held Saturday at SoMa StrEat Food Park, 428 11th St. in San Francisco.

Featuring three of the city’s most aspiring craft beer brewers, including Headlands Brewing Company, the event will see these brewmasters pouring their creations. Those with VIP passes get a commemorative glass, front-of-line access to all pouring stations and unlimited samples of new, rare and classic beers.

In addition, attendees will enjoy food pairings, live music and access to rare, exclusive brews. Tickets are $55 apiece and are nonrefundable.

But keep in mind: It’s rain or shine, so come on down!
