This Weekend: Stay active February 1 – 3

Can you believe it’s already February? And we’re getting a little bit of a break on those freezing temperatures. With the Super Bowl this Sunday and a lot of game time grub on the menu, it’s a good time to go out and get a little exercise. And since it’s the last weekend of the McCall Winter Carnival, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to get out and be active. Here’s a list to help you plan.

Friday, February 1

National Wear Red Day The American Heart Association encourages everyone to wear red on February 1, in an effort to raise awareness about heart disease in women. Bogus Basin Nordic ski hill is open this weekend, and there are several events. For more information, click on this link. The tubing hill is open as well.
