Where can you experience sea shanties, Pacific Island dances, shore songs, and traditional Celtic instrumental music? At the Sea Music Festival, that’s where.
Taking place this Saturday, Sept. 14 from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the San Francisco Maritine National Historical Park, the festival features performers Liz Carroll, Gordon Bok, the Chinese Instrumental Ensemble, Shay Black, Riggy Rackin and The Hot Frittatas. Who can resist a hot frittata?
Performances will take place on two stages on the Hyde Street Pier and aboard two historic vessels, Balclutha and Eureka. Admission for adults is $5 and free for children 15 and under. It’s also free for those with National Park passes.
The music schedule is here. Enjoy!
