Whether or not you celebrate Easter, everyone likes a good egg hunt. San Francisco Recreation & Parks is celebrating with its annual Eggstravaganza event on Saturday, April 19, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Golden Gate Park’s Sharon Meadow.

A family-friendly event, Eggstravaganza features egg hunts, carnival rides, games, live entertainment and a barbecue competition between SF Rec & Park, SF Police and SF Fire. Valet bicycle parking is provided by the San Francisco Bicycle Coalition and supporters include Kaiser Permanente and Zynga.
