 Try a daddy-daughter dance this Father's Day.
Try a daddy-daughter dance this Father's Day.
Ashley Balcazar

Father’s Day weekend is upon us and fortunately there’s no shortage of things to do in Dallas. A big breakfast or dinner is sure to be appreciated and dad undoubtedly adores the tie you picked up for him (it’ll look great on the rack with the one he got last year… and the year before) but why not treat him to something different this year? Perhaps salsa under the stars? Or maybe he’d like to live out his James Dean fantasies at a 50’s-themed social? If you’ve yet to plan your Father’s Day activities we have something here to entertain each and every fun-loving family.

Guests are encouraged to wear their best T-Bird and Pink Lady attire and revel in the sounds of the golden oldies. Although the theme calls for a great deal of good ol’ rock & roll, they’ll still offer the ballroom staples: waltz, foxtrot, tango, swing, rumba, cha-cha-cha and more. Admission is $10 and light refreshments will be served. No alcohol, please.
Where:
Frisco Powerhouse of Dance (10850 Frisco Street Suite 200, Frisco, TX 75034)
