Why not try Yoga for Knitters & Crocheters by Amy at Creative Fibers LLC. Yoga is a perfect way to ease the muscles that get worked during knitting/crocheting. If you have never tried yoga or you already have a yoga practice, imagine working out with a group of knitters/crocheters. It sounds like fun. Wear loose clothing. You will probably be in barefeet. So maybe you need some knitted yoga socks. They're easy. No toes or heels to fiddle with. You still have time to knit up a pair.
