TobyMac headlines an all-star lineup of Christian Music's hottest stars on the east coast Winter Jam tour, which arrives in Tampa this weekend.
The Jam Tour also features Matthew West, Sidewalk Prophets, Jamie Grace, Jason Castro, Royal Tailor, Red, Capital Kings, OBB and speaker Nick Hall.
Opening last weekend in West Virginia, the general admission, low cost show donated over $50,000 to a local mission that assists the needy.
Article Jamie Grace reflected on going from audience member to performer in an interview with The Global Dispatch.
"I saw Winter Jam in high school, in Atlanta. It was amazing.
Now this is a dream come true. As a teenager I remember wishing I could go up there on stage, join them. Then you get the call…It’s a huge blessing."
The Jam Tour was founded and organized by NewSong, who will be performing on tour, and Billy Goodwin describes the spirituality of the show.
"We joke that it’s become a “traveling church” which blesses us with great fellowship."
