M&T Second Friday – Friday, July 11th from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at the Burchfield-Penney Art Center at Buffalo State College, 1300 Elmwood Ave. Take a workshop, check out a gallery opening and listen to live music – get more information at www.burchfieldpenney.org.

Geneseo Air Show – Friday through Sunday, July 11th through 13th at the National Warplane Museum, 3489 Big Tree Ln. in Geneseo. Aircrafts arrive on Friday, with air show performances on Saturday and Sunday. Tickets are $20 each day for adults, free for kids 12 and under – find out more at the Air Show website.

Bryant & Stratton College Summer Fun Fest – Saturday, July 12th from noon to 4 p.m. at the Bryant & Stratton Colleges in Amherst (3650 Millersport Hwy. in Getzville) and Orchard Park (200 Redtail Rd. in Orchard Park). The free festivals will feature activities like bumper cars, zip lines, inflatable obstacle course and more, along with games and prizes; refreshments including popcorn, cotton candy, nachos and snow cones will also be provided. For more information call either campus – Amherst at 716-625-6300 or Orchard Park at 716-677-9500.

Americana Days – Saturday and Sunday, July 12th and 13th at Buffalo-Niagara Heritage Village, 3755 Tonawanda Creek Rd. in Amherst. View reenactments, historic games, blacksmithing demonstrations, live music and more. Hours are Saturday 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Sunday 12:30 to 4:30 p.m.; admission is $8 for adults, $4 for kids and free for BNHV members. Find out more about the program at bnhv.org.
