Attention Charlotte music lovers: Battle of the Bands 2013 is going down at The Saloon, at The NC Music Factory. Local bands, from all around, will compete for a $500 cash prize. This event also promises to be for a great cause for children, as 10 percent of all ticket sales will be donated to Shriners Hospital for Kids—pretty awesome!
The event will start on Friday Jan. 4, at 4:00 p.m. The extent of this weekend’s, Battle of the Bands 2013 line-up should promise to keep NC Music Factory’s weekend, Saloon frequenters—and local music lovers, for that matter—quite entertained, as the slew of local talent will battle, throughout the weekend, for the grand prize. Regardless of who may win, the children at Shriners Hospital will be the true winners, thanks to NC Music Factory’s generosity—what a great cause!
