Here are ways to relax after a long day: read a magazine or book, exercise, listen to a funny comedian, walk, meditate, go bowling, attend yoga class, watch your favorite TV shows, watch your favorite sports team play, go to your favorite restaurant for dinner, surround yourself with positive people, listen to music, enjoy the zoo, watch a good movie, visit a museum and leave haters alone
