Gentlemen’s club tournament in Las Vegas was the big event last week. Nikko Locastro won by 4 shots over Paul Ulibarry, Paul Mcbeth, and Cale Leiviska.
The big news this week is the Memorial tournament in Arizona. The course is being fitted with all brand new DGA Mach X baskets before the event.
The Memorial is one of the biggest events of the year, because it’s the first NT of the season and all the big name players are there excited to get started in the new season.
The first round is done and there are 10 players within 2 shots, so it’s wide open for anyone.
PDGA is going to have live scoring and play by play coverage on their site.
Terry Miller the disc golf guy has a 1 hour and 20 min video of first round highlights and coverage from the first round, check it out here.
New helpful stuff from Discraft this week

One more good page for new player to give them advice on how to select the discs that you should use.
Good learning forums from DGcourse review.
The distance checklist. It’s a discussion about an interesting article from the blog Heavy Discs.
A discussion about the DGA new high speed disc, the Torrent.
A discussion about the mental breakdown when playing in tournament play.
