Here are de-stress: read a book or magazine, exercise, listen to a funny comedian, walk, meditate, go bowling, attend yoga class, watch your favorite TV shows, watch your favorite sports team play, enjoy eating dinner at your favorite restaurant, surround yourself with positive people, listen to music, enjoy the zoo, watch a good movie, and visit a museum.
