Mike Snowden @ Moonshadow Tavern
Thursday, June 26th, 8pm

Local cigar box guitar guru Mike Snowden offers up raw blues flavored rock and roll as he dishes out a mix of original and cover tunes this Thursday night in Tucker, GA. Jamming some serious blues riffs on his handcrafted instruments, manning the drum kit and handling vocals this dude can do it all. Get your ass out to Moonshadow Tavern and enjoy the music along with a frosty beverage.

Blasting Cap @ Star Bar
Saturday, June 28th, 9pm

Filling the famous Star Bar with killer music will be the Blasting Caps, a local supergroup made up of member from Guadalcanal Diary and Bomber City. Murray Attaway, Jeff Walls and crew will take the stage and do what they do best. Look for a packed house this Saturday night so get their early. This one is a can’t miss engagement.

Alejandro Escovedo @ Eddie’s Attic
Friday, June 27th, 7pm

One of the best songwriters out there today, Alejandro Escovedo returns to Atlanta for another night of great tunes. Setting up shop at Eddie’s Attic this time around look for a stripped down intimate set that will really showcase his writing prowess. If you have never seen him live I highly recommend it.

Rolling Nowhere @ Smiths Olde Bar
Friday, June 27th, 8pm

A crowd favorite, Georgia’s Rolling Nowhere knows how to put on a good show. Their Southern infused music cannot be corralled into one classification as they draw from a wealth of sound to create original music. Their live performances can get a bit rowdy as the crowds really get into their music, and who can blame them. Check them out Friday night at Smiths.

Muuy Biien @ Wonder Root
Saturday, June 28th, 9pm

Bring the ear plugs because Muuy Biien will be bouncing music off the walls straight into your ear holes this Saturday at Wonder Root. Their punk infused chaotic rock music sounds best live and in your face. With a new record D.I.Y out for consumption expect the set to be loaded with the new tunes, and that is a good thing. Get their early so you don’t miss out.
