Let’s look at ART
Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord, my strength, and my redeemer.
Meditate in your heart on God’s words, God’s will for you and God’s way.
Life tends to shoot at us unexpected changes, almost on a daily basis.
Yoga is a form of art that tends to relax, center and focus us back to a place of peace and calm. Focusing our spirituality, our personal relationship with God while performing yoga can be most calming.
Environmental art is another form of art that allows you to create objects and perceptions with God’s natural creation. It allows you to see the beauty of God that has always been there, but now it is coming from your perspective.
There are various forms of art (too numerous to name) that create a center for us to focus when everything around us is chaotic and unfocused. Many of these help to express the emotions that we feel on the inside.
Let us always keep God as our center and focus in all that we do. After all He is our Creator.
And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.
Remember now thy Creator in the days of thy youth, while the evil days come not, nor the years draw nigh, when thou shalt say, I have no pleasure in them;
Psalms 5: 1-3
Give ear to my words, O Lord, consider my meditation.
Hearken unto the voice of my cry, my King, and my God: for unto thee will I pray.
My voice shalt thou hear in the morning, O Lord; in the morning will I direct my prayer unto thee, and will look up.
