Inadequate nutrition is a major cause of premature aging. Our bodies require essential nutrients and vitamins every day in order to function normally, and without them our bodies begin to accumulate the molecular and biochemical damage known as aging. Giving the body the nutrition it needs to carry out those functions can have a significant impact on delaying the aging process and achieving a longer, healthier and happier life.
Today's produce available at your local grocery store doesn't have the same level of vitamins, minerals or fiber that fruits and vegetable had just a few decades ago. Over-farming, soil depletion, fertilizer and other modifications in farming have slashed the nutrients in produce. In fact, you would have to eat 26 of today's apples to equal just one apple from 1914!
I don't know about you, but the thought of swallowing a handful of "horse pill" supplements every day just isn't too appealing. That's why I'm always on the lookout for an easier way to get supplemental nutrition. Of course, it's always best to check with your health care provider before supplementing, but I like the idea of drinking my nutrition in a "beauty elixir" from Vitalah using Blackberry Pomegranate Oxylent.
Essential ingredients in award-winning Oxylent include Vitamin C, which is required by the body for 300 different metabolic functions, has antioxidant properties and supports the body’s natural anti-inflammatory response; CoQ10, which enables the mitochondria inside every cell in our bodies to engage in critical energy reactions; and Superoxide Dismutase (SOD) & Catalase, enzymes which promotes the conversion of damaging free radicals into beneficial oxygen and water, thereby enhancing cellular rejuvenation.
Here's the "beauty elixir" recipe for Aging Backwards:
- 1 bottle of pure mineral or spring water
- 1 package of Sparkling Blackberry Pomegranate Oxylent
- Crushed ice
- Twist of lemon and lime or fresh mint
Pour 4 ounces of high quality mineral or spring water into a chilled glass, stir in one packet of Oxylent, add crushed ice if desired, then add lemon/lime slices or fresh mint and enjoy.
