Third Eye Blind are among five new names added to the power packed 2014 Quebec City Summer Festival line-up. The multi-platinum selling alt-rockers join the long list of big names like Lady Gaga and Billy Joel already signed to perform at the 2014 Quebec City Summer Festival.

According to a news release posted June 19 at the festival's official website at Infofestival.com/media, the "Semi-Charmed Life" hitmakers will perform July 13 on the Bell Stage of the Plains of Abraham in support of multi-Juno and Grammy winning Canadian rocker Bryan Adams. Other additions include Montreal DJ/producer Poirier featuring Face-T, as well as Alvin Rick and The Glitch Mob, who will join previously announced artists deadmau5, Robert DeLong and St Michel on July 9 at the Plains of Abraham for ElectroFEQ. DJ Marco G will open for headliners Lady Gaga (July 4) , The Killers (July 8) and Billy Joel (July 11).

This year's huge FEQ lineup also includes previously announced headliners like Soundgarden, Queens of the Stone Age, Journey, Steve Miller Band, Snoop Dog and many more. Festival goers can enjoy performances from a diverse range of artists such as Grammy-winning bluesman Gary Clark Jr., punk pioneers Blondie and folk rocker Father John Misty, as well as international acts, including: Italian electro-house artists The Bloody Beetroots, Ivorian reggae star Tiken Jah Fakoly and British prog-rockers Marillion. There is also plenty of home-grown talent from across the provinces like Canadian Walk of Famer Daniel Lanois, multi-Juno winners Serena Ryder, Louis-Jean Cormier and Sam Roberts Band, as well as multi-Maple Blues Award winner Matt Andersen and multi-platinum selling rockers Three Days Grace.

Discounted early bird festival passes priced at $68.00 and VIP access passes have sold out. A limited amount of festival passes at $78.00, which give access to all venues and shows on all 11 days, are still available. Day passes priced at $50.00 will be available only after all festival passes have sold out. For daily schedules, pass information and full line up details, see Infofestival.com.

Did you know? The Quebec City Summer Festival reached the million spectator mark for the first time in 2007 and sold-out (150,000 passes) for the first time in 2010, a feat it has repeated every year since then.
