The plan on day three for Luis Fernando Suárez and his coaching staff if to continue working on movement and fitness drills as the members of the Honduran national team continue to arrive slowly to the Holiday Inn Sports Complex in Sunrise.

Honduras worked extensively with players from the domestic league as well as MLS-based players Marvin Chávez, Victor Bernardez and Jerry Bengtson. Bengtson arrived on Thursday evening and began practicing with the national team on Friday.

The only player that worked out in a differentiated manner in both the morning beach session and in the afternoon was Olimpia man Luis Garrido. The central defensive midfielder suffered a minor scare earlier in the week after feeling pain in his leg and had to leave practice early. His participation in the World Cup was being speculated at one point but fortunately for him, the studies that were done on his leg showed no minor injury and remained on the squad.

Several of the European-based players will be arriving during the weekend. At that point during the week the main focus of the national team would be to being preparing for the friendly matches they have against Turkey on the 28th in Washington and then against Israel three days later in Houston.

Honduras tour of the United States will come to a close on June 7 when they play England at Sun Life Stadium in Miami. After that match they will head to their World Cup base in Porto Feliz in the state of São Paulo. Honduras will debut in Porto Alegre's Estadio Beira-Rio against France on June 15 followed by a clash against South American side Ecuador at the Arena da Baixada in Curitiba five days later. They will wrap up their group stage play at the Arena Amazônia in Manaus where they will play against Switzerland on June 25.
