Local Christian radio station Joy FM MIKE AND IKE Summer Concert Series at Six Flags Over Mid America presents Third Day on July 12, 2014 as part of a special day of Praise-A-Palooza. The concert take place in Old Glory Ampitheatre at 8 p.m.

Founding members of the band, Mac Powell and Mark Lee, will be the first to tell you that the message of their lyrics and the way the live their lives is all about their faith. However, fans of their music also include a huge number of mainstream listeners who appreciate the band’s musicianship and lyrical skill.

Join in this weekend of praise, and then look forward to more spectacular Christian music later in the season. Come out to Six Flags on August 9 to enjoy uplifting music with Mercy Me, and on September 13, Britt Nicole and Family Force 5 will entertain you while lifting your spirits and voices to God.

A concert ticket, along with a ticket to Six Flags main admission, is necessary to be able to see Third Day. The park is open on Saturday from 10:30 a.m. till 10 p.m. Find out more about Six Flags special events, and purchase tickets that will get you through the gate to enjoy Six Flags and Hurricane Harbor. Check out all of the special pricing available, including discounts for groups of 15 or more, or a Picnic Combo Package that includes chicken strips, all meat hot dogs, baked beans, potato salad, popsicles and unlimited soft drinks served in the World’s Fair Catering Grove.

Be sure to show up early if you want a good seat. Season Pass holders receive a free general seating or lawn concert ticket per season pass. These concert tickets are available on a first come, first serve, best available basis, and only if the concert is not sold out.
