With all the anticipation is building around the next generation of consoles, this being the Xbox 720 and PS4, yesterday GameInformer revealed an unannounced title that will be appearing on these systems, as well as the PC.
As a part of their April cover reveal, GameInformer has announced that Eidos Montreal has been working on a reboot to the popular “Thief” series. It has been confirmed that this title will take on the name of “Thief,” and will be appearing on the Xbox 720, PS4, and PC.
Series hero Garrett returns to the Gothic, industrial metropolis known simply as the City to steal any and everything that will make him richer. Unfortunately, the City is broiling with social tension as it is ravaged by a plague and lorded over by a political tyrant known as the Baron. In order to survive his adventures, Garrett will have to pay attention to his environment and make use of the may possible paths through each of the game's levels.
