They want to genetically alter apples now- NO to GE apples

Just released, according to The Center For Food Safety, “A Canadian company is asking the USDA to approve a genetically engineered (GE) apple that will not brown when sliced. We know that sliced apples turn brown when they’re exposed to oxygen, but they don't lose any flavor or nutritional value, and not even the apple industry wants this genetically engineered product.” Is this really a serious issue that we have to worry about what our apples LOOK like when we are going to eat them? How long does it take an apple to brown over once cut? I mean are we waiting to long to eat our apples?

For those of us that are seriously fed up with this genetically altering food and playing God with all of our food, this is the last straw! Really is it such an issue of seeing an apple naturally brown over once exposed to O2 that we have to play God and destroy the healthy aspects of it? WOW, I mean this is just despicable, enough playing with the food already. I for one can not wait to see that Proposition 37 passes with flying colors. The people just do not want this messing with the food anymore, we, they, want to know what is in the food.

What are we going to do when the GMO crops that we are creating in labs, that are showing that their creation destroys civilization even three generations down, kill us all? There will be no more human to eat these frank-en-creations! Right now the USDA has approved Agent Orange Corn, is looking at approving Agent Orange Soy Beans, we have multitudes of GM crops we produce already such as cotton, canola and Soy beans. India has the highest rate in the world now for farmer suicide.

This is because Monsanto has ruined their livelihood by making them grow these GMO crops or lose out on all the money, including contracts being chopped up. We here at the National Natural Living Examiner site as well as many other supports are strongly opposed to GM Apples.
