Speculation over a possible relationship between "The Wanted" singer Max George and Lindsay Lohan was dispelled on Monday. Sources say that Max and Lindsay are just friends -- with benefits.
The information was dished by Lohan's own friends after somewhat of a dissing by George. Lohan posted the above image on Instagram a few days ago, showing her and Max apparently joking around on camera.
Once it was posted, George's erupted on Twitter, with tweets such as "If you date Lindsay, I will die!" There is some serious groupie angst in that sort of tweet.
In response to that sort of begging, George tweeted:
Rumours... That's all... Like I said... 1million % :) X
Ouch. However, Lohan isn't torn up about George denying that any sort of relationship exists. The reason is because it's true.
According to the report, Lohan has told friends that the couple isn't a couple That is to say that Lohan and George aren't boyfriend and girlfriend, but in stead just no-strings-attached non-exclusive hook-up buddies (translation: f*ck buddies).
To be clear, Lohan has not placed her heart on a string. She just likes hanging out with George and isn't taking the relationship seriously.
Whether or not they are a couple, LiLo and George have been seeing each other since last year. It's been said to be a groupie-type relationship, dating, or not dating. At this point, nobody knows except the couple, and they're talking in pretty vague terms.
