They Might Be Giants embarking on U.S. tour; performing in Dallas and Houston (Photos)

They Might Be Giants are heading out on a comprehensive tour in support of their upcoming album 'Nanobots'. Texas tour stops include the House of Blues in Houston on March 9 and the House of Blues in Dallas on March 12. TMBG have perfected their unique sound over the past three decades. The two-time Grammy winning Brooklyn duo have a new release entitled 'Nanobots' that is coming out on March 5. Rolling Stone recently revealed the first album track, “Call You Mom”. SPIN has unveiled another new TMBG song called “Lost My Mind.”

TMBG have created a free music streaming iPhone app which features a different song every day. New songs will premiere each Tuesday, and the app will highlight selections from across TMBG's 30 year musical catalog, including rarities, live recordings, TMBG's audio podcast and side projects. The spirit of the Dial-A-Song service and the band’s ongoing use of emerging technology lives on in They Might Be Giants free iPhone app, which is now available.

'Nanobots' was created at the private studio of collaborator and producer Patrick Dillett, who has also worked with David Byrne, Mary J. Blige and Tegan and Sara. They Might Be Giants have returned with charming wit, electrifying pop melodies and just enough bass clarinet on their 16th studio album. 'Nanobots' will be released March 5, 2013 via Idlewild Recordings and distributed through Megaforce. Known for their energized live show and love of the road, the band will kick off a 60-date tour on February 27.
