Theresa Onwuka- Lee- basketball- Recorded 25 points and 26 rebounds in 41-38 season opening victory over Stearns. Onwuka is the first student/athlete from Lee Academy to earn athlete of the week honors.

Brianna Skolfield- Foxcroft- basketball - Scored 28 points in 45-38 victory over Ellsworth.

Other nominations

Hannah Graham- Presque Isle- basketball- Scored 18 points in 52-46 victory over Hermon.

Morgan Thompson- Schenck- basketball- Scored 18 points in 56-29 win over Penquis.

Michaela White- Dexter- basketball- Recorded 15 points, eight rebounds, and five steals in 59-26 victory over Bangor Christian.
