Often when people think of a larger property, their minds go to single-family houses and not necessarily condos. It’s time to lay that idea to rest.
Currently there are a few condos on the market that have a good number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The ones that do come up are often in Presidio Heights. For example, 3561 Sacramento is on the market for just under $3.2 million. That one has 5 bedrooms and 4 baths, with a total of 3,218 square feet. It also includes a formal dining room, living room and single-car independent parking – and the kitchen boasts a laundry/butler’s pantry and Viking range with granite countertops. Nice – and the price certainly reflects that.
Another large condo that’s been on the market for some time is 136 Locust, a 4-bedroom, 2-bath listed for $2.9 million. At 3,360 square feet, it’s a fairly spacious property – particularly for a condo – and features Bay and Presidio views, plus a massive great room and walk-out patio. Yet another that’s been on the market for a while is 102 Walnut, a 4-bedroom, 3-bath listed for $3.2 million. This three-level property has more than 3,600 square feet, an office with Golden Gate Bridge views and one-car parking.
One of my listings, 3701 Clay St., #4, is on the market for just under $2.7 million. It was quite well-received when held open, features 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, and has one-car parking as well as a loft/great room with wet bar and dramatic living room with bay views.
So if you’re looking for more space, but not necessarily a house, check these listings out!
