Tina has already lost 20 pounds in 9 months using P90X and has 20 more pounds to go to hit her goal weight.
Atlantic City Yoga Examiner (YE): What is your health/fitness resolution for 2010?
Tina (T): I need to loose these last 20 stubborn pounds!!
YE: What methods will you use?
T: I have been using P90X for the last 9 months and have lost 20 pounds so far but, I am now at a plateau and need to start strong again. I don't really have a specific diet but, I do try to eat healthy and energetically to improve my work-outs. I don't have time to eat every 2 hours so I eat three sensible meals a day ending at 8:00 pm.
YE: What data will you use to track your progress?
T: My start weight at this point is 131 lbs with a goal weight of 115.
YE: Have you already started your fitness routine?
T: Yes, this is my fourth week.
YE: Do you plan on involving your children?
T: They work-out with me sometimes, when they are not napping. Most of the time though I do it early in the morning before they wake-up
