It looks like Glenn Beck may have a fight on his hands or more like a challenge. According to TMZ on Feb. 22, the WWE challenges Beck and sent a press release especially for Beck to appear on “Monday Night Raw” and express his thoughts live to the wrestling community.
Don’t expect Beck to make an appearance though. His representative told TMZ, “Unfortunately I am currently booked doing anything else.” That sounds like the perfect response from a politician.
Beck has been attacking the WWE with his comments ever since they introduced a new character named Zeb Colter. Beck has described Colter as “a villain who just happens to be a racist Tea Partier.” Sounds like Beck got his feelings hurt by the new WWE character. Beck obviously thinks Colter is mocking him. Beck even went as far to imply on his radio show Friday that the conservatives should boycott the WWE. Of course he did not come out directly and say it but he sure did imply it.
The WWE are not the first to make fun of the Tea Party. Maybe Glenn Beck needs to call them out as well. Of course you should not make threats and call names if you cannot back it up. The WWE challenges Beck and he makes up his silly excuse. Doesn’t sound like he is ready to back up his comments yet.
