Green cabbage -- on sale at Green Fields Market for a jaw-dropping 29 cents a pound.  This might be the week to make up a tasty dinner salad, or use the cabbage for some yummy turkey-stuffed cabbage rolls.

Bananas -- on sale at Green Fields Market for 33 cents a pound.  At that price, it's time to start making some banana bread -- or try this banana pudding cheesecake recipe from the Raleigh Cooking Examiner.

Sea salt -- on sale in the bulk department for 50 cents a pound.  Packaged sea salt usually costs almost three times that price, so stock up if you use it!

Bartlett pears -- on sale at Green Fields Market for 50 cents a pound.

Sweet potatoes -- on sale at Green Fields Market for 67 cents a pound. 

Oat bran -- on sale in the bulk department for 79 cents a pound.  Green Fields Market sells packaged oat bran for around $2.88 a pound, so this is a great price.

Seedless green grapes, baby carrots, or cello mushrooms -- your choice on sale for 97 cents per pound (or package for the mushrooms.)

Borden milk -- on sale at Green Fields Market for $3.29 a gallon.  Use this 75 cents off Borden milk printable coupon, and score yours for $2.54 instead.
