This week the golf world is sure to be a buzz as the game's biggest players makes his 2012 PGA Tour debut. Woods will return to action in the US at the 2012 AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am. Woods, who made his 2012 competitive in Abu Dhabi on the European Tour last week, hopes to keep his good form going. Woods, who held a share of the 54 hole lead last week, finished the event in third.
The last time Woods played in the US, he won his own event, the 2011 Chevron World Challenge. Woods hopes to continue his climb in the world rankings and win his first PGA Tour title in more than a year and a half. Woods has had a great history at Pebble Beach, winning the 2000 U.S. Open in dominating fashion and then finishing in a tie for fourth as the U.S. Open returned to Pebble Beach in 2010.
