- 9th Bagels and Lox Day-Drop by Panera Bread, Dunkin' Donuts, The Bagel Cafe or Big Apple Bagels and grab a bagel to celebrate. You can pick up lox (smoked salmon) at most local grocery stores.
- 9th Pizza Pie Day-The Dayton area has an abundance of pizza stores, drop by and order your favorite pie or make your own. Some recipes to try: Quick & easy pizza crust, fruit pizza-great for making with your children, lemon blueberry pizza or apple pizza.

- 11th Peppermint Patty Day-Forgo pre-made, store bought candies and make your own using this recipe!
- 11th Don't Cry Over Spilled Milk Day-Celebrate this day by taking care not to spill your milk.
- 12th Plum Pudding Day-Since plum pudding is considered by many to be a Christmas traditional Christmas recipe, it will probably be hard finding any local restaurants serving it in February. Instead, make your own.
