Serpas True Food will bring Louisiana to Atlanta’s Old Fourth Ward with its annual Mardi Gras party on Fat Tuesday. From 5:30 to 10:30 p.m., Serpas will serve an abbreviated version of their regular menu alongside specially priced dishes from Chef Scott Serpas' hometown of New Orleans, including seafood gumbo, muffaletta sandwiches, crawfish pie, red beans and rice, and chicken and sausage jambalaya.
