Prince William and Kate Middleton may be British royalty but even they turn to the Internet for advice on breast-feeding and getting their baby to go to sleep. As reported by HELLO! magazine on Wednesday, March 5, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's baby advice website of choice is Netmums.
The co-founders of the website was honored Tuesday at the Buckingham Palace for their services to families.
According to co-founder Siobhan Freegard, William revealed to her that "he and Kate used it [Netmums] and so did their friends."
"I get the feeling that they’re just normal parents who sit there Googling things like breast feeding issues just like the rest of us," she added.
A quick glance of Netmums shows that it not only provides parenting advice and information but also connects mothers with each other and to community resources. Just imagine the Duchess of Cambridge joining in on a chat thread or showing up for a play date!
Of course, William, Kate and George won't have much time to just hang around the playground soon. They are set to tour Australia and New Zealand for three weeks come mid-April.
