The Webkinz Team is on its summer road trip and has made a stop at the San Diego County Fair. Their booth will be a hit with kids as they will be able to try out online games in real life as well as get their hands on some of the plush pets that allow them access into the online gaming site of Webkinz World, for only $5.00 each.
Plush pets can be purchased in real life at your favorite toy store which provide a code to sign up on the website. They can then adopt their character and see it come to life online, playing games and creating a virtual world for their new pets on this safe and secure site.
Meant to engage kids through games and safe interaction with others, the Webkinz site promotes responsibility, social skills and education in a controlled environment. New features are released every two weeks to keep kids coming back for more.
At the 2011 San Diego County Fair, $10.00 eStore cash cards containing 10,000 eStore points will be sold for $5.00 – that’s 50% off, plus $1.00 of all sales from the Webkinz event at the San Diego Fair (Webkinz toys and cash cards) will go to the Webkinz Foundation, a charitable organization that helps children around the world.
