The fans of The Wanted living in Los Angeles got a special treat on Monday morning. The five man group was up early for the ladies and singing everyone out of bed in a special acoustic performance of Glad You Came. The guys took time to be in the Los Angeles studio at the KIIS 102.7 radio station for the world famous On Air with Ryan Seacrest show.
The Wanted is a popular band from the UK who is currently on the radio rotation across America. While some bands are dependent on equipment (like an autotuner) there are others who can belt out a tune without hesitation. The Wanted needs nothing for a perfect performance as they readily proved on Monday. Pitch perfect, harmonized like the studio record and sounding absolutely amazing, the pop sensation band isn’t just another group of guys but talented artists who were confident enough to perform without anything but their voice.
While Ryan Seacrest definitely can bring in the celebrities, it is rare but delightful that a performer comes into the studio to sing. Usually the artists just bring in a CD and everyone listens together. With the special moment The Wanted brought to the fans, it was obvious the band wanted to make an impression on Los Angeles and America.
