Boy band The Wanted is taking a break after their upcoming tour ends. In a report by Entertainment Weekly on Jan. 22, the five member British band made an announcement that they are only breaking up for the time being.

The group broke onto the music scene in 2011 with their breakout single “Glad You Came”, but was never really able to reach the amount of success as their rival boy band, One Direction.

The band, made up of members Tom, Max, Jay, Siva and Nathan decided that they wanted to take some time to pursue individual projects but are doing by leaving hope of more future projects together.

Part of the statement reads:

“This tour will be their last for a while as Tom, Max, Jay, Siva and Nathan have collectively decided to take time to pursue personal endeavors following the tour’s conclusion. The band wants to stress to their fans that they will continue on as The Wanted and look forward to many successful projects together in the future.”

In the statement, they went on to thank their fans. The Wanted’s last album released in 2013 titled “Word of Mouth” peaked at No. 17 in the U.S. and will be their last album for now.
