With spring on the horizon, Chef Michael Teich is introducing a new way to taste the best of the season with brunch and lunch. Kicking off with brunch on Saturday, January 11th, The Wallace will offer a diverse array of dishes that stay true to the restaurant’s ethos of serving the freshest, most sustainable fare inspired by the seasons. The brunch menu will be offered on Saturdays and Sundays serving pastries, sweets, skillets, salads and plates while lunch will be offered during the week and will include items for the table, salads, sandwiches and plates. Craft beer, wine and cocktails will be available for both.
