The second episode of the fourth season of "The Walking Dead" had several close calls for the zombie apocalypse survivors at the prison. With walkers inside the cell block and other walkers pressing on the perimeter fence, it is a miracle that anyone is left alive. The heroes of this episode, which aired October 20, shockingly, were the three little pigs.
It was three little pigs that saved the prison from being over run by the walkers at the fence line. Rick sacrificed the pigs to draw the walkers away from the fence. He fed those three little pigs to the walkers and kept the survivors safe.
In addition to the walkers almost destroying the fence, there were also walkers inside the cell block. After Patrick turned into a walker, he attacked others and turned them into walkers. In all, over a dozen of the zombie apocalypse survivors were killed.
It is believed that Patrick has some sort of flu-like infection. It is unknown where it came from, but it appears to be airborne. Anyone could be exposed, especially those who were in close contact with Patrick. Daryl Dixon, Carol and Carl were seen with Patrick in the first episode. He also served breakfast to several people during that episode.
Fans of the “The Walking Dead” will have to stayed tuned to see who becomes infected. Could it be Daryl Dixon? The next episode will air on AMC next Sunday night, October 27.
