The season 3 finale of “The Walking Dead” is just four episodes away. The Governor and Rick have yet to come face to face for the Woodbury vs. Team Prison showdown. On Monday, March 4, “The Walking Dead” star Dallas Roberts (Milton) revealed a spoiler snippet for the anticipated finale on ET Online.
In the interview, Dallas Roberts promises that fans “will not feel cheated” with another major cliffhanger. Roberts goes on to say that the finale won’t be “a soft close for sure. As [season 3] starts to wrap up, it gets stronger, crazier and weirder. Although you’ll never see it coming, when it cuts to black at the end of season three, there will be millions of mouths agape.”
Robert’s statement sent fans running to “Walking Dead” online forums, where they begin to speculate what could leave fans so shocked. What death could possibly top Lori’s, T-Dog’s, Dale’s, etc. Fans came up with some great spoiler guesses, possible spoilers ahead:
Fans are pretty certain that Rick, Carl, Michonne, and Daryl are safe. So who else in the group could kick the bucket that it would make millions of fan’s jaws drop? Well if you follow the comics, there’s a chance that it could be Judith. In the comics, Judith dies in the arms of Lori as they are shot. Now, Lori is already dead, but Beth is sure attached to the baby and is the main caretaker for her. They could both die; after all, previous spoilers revealed that two major deaths are coming up. One of those deaths though has been said to be Merle, so who knows. Perhaps only poor baby Judith, because although Beth is incredibly sweet, there have been more important people killed off.
Another good guess is Hershel. Like good old Dale, Hershel is the conscience of the group and always tries to maintain the peace among every member of his group. Not to mention, he is the only medic they have.
Fans have gone as far as joking that the death could be of Daryl. But let’s not talk about such things. AMC would have to be going nuts if they think killing fan favorite Daryl is a good decision.
