‘The Walking Dead’ spoilers: New synopses for season 3 episode 14, 15, and 16

There are just four episodes left in season three of “The Walking Dead.” Late last year, spoiler synopses were released for episodes 14, 15, and 16, giving fans a hint of what they can expect. On Tuesday, March 5, however, Spoiler TV released brand new synopses for the same episodes.

Note that just because new synopses were released, does not mean that the previous ones are false. The new synopses could just be adding to the old ones. Also, although the majority of spoilers end up being true, it’s always best to not assume.

Episode 14 “Prey” – “The Governor chases a fleeing dissenter. While the Governor is gone, a traitor tries to sabotage his plans.” The old synopsis was – “The Governor attacks the prison, a big battle starts. Rick is seriously injured. Daryl must make a decision.”

Who could be the dissenter that the Governor goes after? Fans are speculating that it could be Tyrese. Perhaps he realized the Gov’s true colors and goes to warn Rick of his plans (this would fit the old synopsis). As for the traitor, fans are guessing it could be Martinez, Milton, or Andrea. Daryl’s decision probably has to do with Merle.

Episode 15 “This Sorrowful Life” – “Rick and the others learn that if they want a truce with the Governor, they must make a sacrifice.” The old synopsis was – “Rick is betrayed. Andrea and Michonne are once again reunited. The Governor confronts Rick and Glenn to tell them where Andrea is.”

The new synopsis sounds a bit odd. Fans already know that in the upcoming episode 13, Rick and the Governor are going to sit down and attempt to make a truce. So why would they plan another peace treaty with the Gov again in episode 15? Maybe Rick will realize he doesn’t stand a chance and the only thing he can do is sacrifice someone. Going by the old synopsis, this person could be Andrea.

Episode 16 “Welcome to the Tombs” – “Rick and the others consider the defense of the prison as the Governor’s impending attack looms.” The old synopsis was – “Rick has escaped with Martinez and figures out that someone in the group has been tricking them. Someone in the group commits suicide and Rick blames Tyrese for the cause.”

Whoa, the old synopsis is a lot darker and more in depth. If the old one is true, Martinez could definitely be the traitor from episode 14. Fans also pointed out that if the Governor went on with his attack, either no sacrifice was made or he lied.
