With less than two weeks until the season four premiere of the AMC drama "The Walking Dead," more information is being released about upcoming episodes. On Tuesday, October 1 Wetpaint Entertainment posted new images and spoilers for "Isolation," the third episode of the new season.
The episode title seems to indicate the survivors in the prison are isolated or possibly trapped in the prison which came under attack. The new images show a much tougher Carol Peletier (Melissa McBride) sitting in a cell with a big knife on her belt. Carol will be teaching the children from Woodbury how to protect themselves from walkers.
Another image shows new series regular Sasha standing in a doorway looking out into the prison yard and she does not look happy. The episode could be a reaction to episode two, "Infected" which will introduce the new threat the survivors will face this season. Everyone could be isolated from the threat. It's possible the threat could be an illness since the previews have hinted that someone attacked the prison and two people were killed in cold blood, which doesn't sound like a walker attack.
The synopsis for the episode indicates a group will make a supply run since the prison needs more supplies with all the people from Woodbury. The people still in the prison could be isolating themselves in reaction to the recent deaths from the prison attack.
"The Walking Dead" season four will return with it's first episode "30 Days Without an Incident" on Sunday, October 13 at 9 p.m. on AMC. The sixteen episode season will air eight episodes through December and the rest from February to April. Tune in to meet new characters and find out what the new threat is.
