‘The Walking Dead’ spoilers: Maggie and Glenn relationship changes (Video)

Tonight AMCs zombie drama, “The Walking Dead” returns. Walker fans anticipate what will happen as Maggie tries to return to ‘life as usual’ after almost being raped by The Governor when he tried to intimidate her during a nasty interrogation.

Lauren Cohen who plays Maggie on “The Walking Dead” spoke with BuddyTV in an interview dated Feb. 10 to shed some light on what’s in store for Maggie and Glenn.

If you remember, Maggie’s boyfriend Glenn was pretty much helpless as Merle Dixon help him hostage in the next room. So what will happen as the season returns and everyone is looking to get revenge?

Lauren comments on what she thinks will happen between Glenn and Maggie as they recover from Merle and The Governor’s attacks on them:

“We're definitely going to see a whole journey that that event propels. Maggie and Glenn have been through a lot already and it has pulled them closer together. They are a star-crossed couple in many ways as I see it. It's not going to be easy, but they are going to get stronger.”

What about Maggie's sense of revenge? Will it eat up at Maggie’s will to live? Will Glenn toughen up even more? Cohen explains:

“She is able to overcome it eventually. It's a little harder for her to let it go. She doesn't want revenge quite as much as Glenn does but she is still shaking off the repercussions of that."

"They regret too that she and Glenn got themselves into that by maybe not being as watchful as they could have and getting kidnapped by Merle. Yeah, it was pretty traumatic. Maggie is usually able to bounce back and she maybe she doesn't bounce back as quickly from this.”
