'The Walking Dead' spoilers: Glenn and Maggie's fate in season 4

On Wednesday, March 5 Wetpaint Entertainment posted spoilers for the characters of Glenn Rhee and Maggie Greene on the fourth season of "The Walking Dead," which reveal that the duo may not find each other in the final four episodes of the season.

Maggie (Lauren Cohan) managed to find the prison bus overturned on the road and killed all the walkers inside looking for Glenn in an earlier episode. Meanwhile, Glenn (Steven Yeun) and Tara encountered Rosita, Abraham, and Eugene on the road and after a fight managed to make their way back towards the prison bus.

Cohan mentioned that Glenn is "as weak without her as she is without him" and they are both determined to find each other. Glenn already refers to Maggie was his wife although they only got engaged while at the prison. Both characters appear in the comic book series by Robert Kirkman, but their storyline has changed on the television series so it's unclear if both of them will make it out of season four alive.

In the upcoming thirteenth episode, "Alone," Maggie and the others are surrounded by walkers in a thick fog and the odds are not good. Glenn on the other hand seems to be out of the woods with the illness that he acquired at the prison. It's unclear if the pair will meet up before the season finale, but Cohan revealed that Maggie is "very motivated" to find Glenn and doesn't believe he is dead.

"Alone" will air Sunday, March 9 at 9 p.m. on AMC. There are only four more episodes left in the fourth season, which will wrap up at the end of March. A fifth season of the popular series has already been ordered and filming will begin in May outside Atlanta.
