When Rick gave Carol the boot, fans hoped she would be returning sometime later in Season 4. Although we more than likely knew we hadn’t seen the last of her, our hopes have been confirmed. On Monday, December 9, ComicBook.com released spoilers and speculation on Carol’s return in “The Walking Dead.” Note that spoilers are ahead if you are not caught up to “The Walking Dead” Season 4.
Carol has not been seen since her exile from the prison by Rick in the “Indifference” episode. But now, according to the source, she will be back before Season 4 ends. “’Walking Dead’ creator Robert Kirkman said that Carol will definitely return before the end,” the source read.
ComicBook.com goes on to speculate that she could be running into Tyreese, since the group is scattered. In the Season 4 mid-season finale, Tyreese ran off with Lizzie and Mika. Many rumors and speculation out there say that he could also be with baby Judith, grabbing her from her car seat last minute. After all, if you look closely, her seatbelt is unbuckled. Anyway, could Tyreese be with all the kiddos and run into Carol? Awkward!
Tyreese does not know that Carol is responsible for killing Karen and David, will Carol fess up? The rumor of Tyreese and Carol crossing paths is also backed up by the fact that Daryl and Rick didn’t have enough time to tell him. Why hold off on telling Tyreese who is responsible, why did the Governor attack just then? It very well could be because he can’t know since he will eventually run into her. Fingers crossed that this awkward meet up happens!
Whatever happens, we’ll have to wait until “The Walking Dead” returns on February 9, 2014. If you can't wait to find out what happens next, like us on Facebook and follow us on Twitter to catch the latest spoilers on your newsfeed!
