The first episode of The Walking Dead: Season Two, titled "All That Remains," will land on the Xbox 360 on Wednesday, Dec. 18 for $4.99. If you like it enough to purchase the rest of the episodes, you'll be able to do that as well with the Season Pass on sale for $14.99.
Meanwhile, the Steam store listing shows that that the choice and consequences adventure game will be available there on Tuesday, Dec. 17 for $24.99 for the entire season. Presumably, the PS3 version will be released on the same day with pricing that matches the Xbox 360 version.
Here's the official description of what to expect from the second season of The Walking Dead.
"Many months have passed since the events seen in Season One of The Walking Dead, and Clementine is searching for safety. But what can an ordinary child do to stay alive when the living can be just as bad -- and sometimes worse -- than the dead?
"As Clementine, you will be tested by situations and dilemmas that will test your morals and your instinct for survival. Your decisions and actions will change the story around you, in this sequel to 2012's Game of the Year."
The next year should be a big one for Telltale Games as it not only plans to continue The Walking Dead and The Wolf Among Us but also announced two new adventure titles to be released in 2014 this past weekend. The first is Tales from the Borderlands based on Gearbox Software's popular co-op shooter while the second is Game of Thrones based on the popular HBO series and George R.R. Martin novels.
