Even though season 5 of "The Walking Dead" will not air on AMC until October, some details are already known. Many of these come from fans who are at the filming locations, reporting what they see, sharing photos and sometimes even videos. It seems that there is a new development as far as filming locations for the upcoming season. The Spoiling Dead Fans posted some new information on their Facebook page. It seems that a hospital will be filmed and on Tuesday, MoviePilot speculated on what could happen at the hospital.
The hospital is located in Newnan, GA and it is being reported that filming began at the hospital on Tuesday and will continue for six days. The photos show black tents perched up in the back of the hospital. Some fans are worried that this building might mean that the group will find another safe place to stay for the rest of the season. While everyone wants their favorite characters to be safe, another "home" like the prison this soon would eliminate action. Since it takes about eight days to film one episode, viewers can rest assured that the hospital will not be a permanent home.
The most logical theory is that someone needs medical attention and the group goes to the hospital to try to save their life. There was a rumor that Glenn will die, but one website stated that their source said Glenn is still alive. However, that doesn't mean that Glenn or another major character won't be seriously injured.
A "popular AMC show" was looking for an old model sonogram machine. They didn't state what show it was for, but it was needed around Atlanta and the days coincided with the hospital filming. WetPaint speculated that it might mean that Maggie is pregnant. However, sonograms are used for many other things. It seems more likely that it will be used to check on someone's injury. There must be a good reason they are looking for an old sonogram machine and it means it will be part of a storyline that is important.
What do you think will happen at the hospital in "The Walking Dead" season 5? What do you think the sonogram machine is for? Will the group encounter any survivors while at the hospital or will they be faced with a building full of walkers?
