Season 4 of AMC’s “The Walking Dead” wasted no time in introducing a flu-like virus to the prison. However, what most fans are anticipating is closure with missing Governor. On Wednesday, October 23, WetPaint released some interesting comic spoilers surrounding the villain that could possibly tie into the TV series.
Now, WetPaint speculates that episode six could be The Governor’s Season 4 debut. The episode is titled “Rise,” which the source believes could be a possible reference to “The Walking Dead” comics, one being titled “Rise of The Governor.”
The source goes on to remind fans that back in June, there was a casting call for episode six. Production was looking to cast two women and an older male. “It’s possible that’s the Chalmers family – Tara, April, and David – who are featured in ‘Rise of The Governor,” WetPaint reports.
Episode seven is rumored to be titled “Dead Weight,” and two brothers around the age of 30 were being cast. Could these two episodes be the ones that feature The Governor?
It’s all for the sake of speculation and theory, but this could lead to episode eight, a killer cliffhanger for the mid-season finale.
"The Walking Dead" Season 4, episode three "Isolation" will premiere next Sunday, October 27 on AMC. If you can't wait to find out what happens next, like us on Facebook and follow us on Twitter to catch the latest spoilers on your newsfeed!
